About Us

Matt Button

CHEF, HEAD FORKER AND COFOUNDER

Matt has 12 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, most of that time spent behind a hot stove at a variety of restaurants and cafēs and providing intimate, in-house dining. Food has been his passion since before he became a chef and he has fond memories of treating his teenage friends to home-cooked feasts. Those memories continue to inspire him and the intimate, uniquely rewarding experience of creating a private dining experience for a small group has led to him creating Totally Forked.

Shontelle Scott

GENERAL MANAGER AND COFOUNDER

Together with Matt, Shontelle has created the Totally Forked concept to deliver restaurant-quality dining in the customer’s home. While Matt’s focus is on the food, Shontelle’s passion is for the overall customer experience, from the first enquiry email to following up to make sure every little detail was just right. Shontelle also brings her video and photography skills to bear, capturing Matt’s creations in that brief perfect moment between hitting the plate and being set in front of an eager diner.
